In 2006 Monica formed Stellar Organizing Services, LLC to follow her passion and help others get organized both personally and professionally.

She has over 20 years of experience in the administrative field, in the US and in Europe. Monica has worked for corporate, non-profit and family-owned businesses which provide her with a unique perspective when working with her clients.

Monica is the former Communications and IT Director for the Minnesota state chapter of NAPO.

What does a Professional Organizer do?
A professional organizer helps you set up an organizing system that you are able to maintain on your own. This includes everything from paperwork to scheduling your calendar.

How long does it take to get organized?
This can vary depending on the size of the project. Some projects can be done in a few hours while others take several days or more. The goal is to create a personalized system for the client so that they can maintain it on their own once the organizer’s work is done.

What does an on-site organizing session look like?
First, you will receive a free initial 30 minute phone consult. We will discuss your organizing needs and challenges, budget, timeline, etc. In the initial session we will assess your space and put together a strategy to implement a system that is personalized for your needs. Next we will begin to tackle that space together following the plan that was created.

What does a virtual organizing session look like?
Just as with on-site organizing you will receive a free 30 minute initial phone consult to assess your needs. Next we will setup a time to meet virtually using Skype.During the session we will virtually review the area(s) that requires organizing systems and put together a plan to implement these systems. Clients may choose to follow the plan on their own or have the organizer work with them virtually on specific areas.


Rates
Rates vary depending on the timeline and complexity of the project. Package rates are available.

Payment Options
We currently accept cash or check payments. Payment is due upon the completion of each session. Fifty percent down for virtual sessions, the remaining payment to be made after the session is completed.

Referral Bonus
Receive ONE hour free for each referral that results in a client.

Travel
Monica is available for travel outside the twin cities metro area, travel fees may apply depending upon location.
